12 Indian Cobra Hatchlings Found Inside House In Odisha’s Pipili

 

Puri: Snake helpline members on Tuesday rescued 12 Indian cobra hatchlings from the house of Anadi Sahu of Suhagpur village in Pipili.

As per reports, snake helpline member Sushant Kumar Behera rescued the cobras from Anadi’s house and left them in an isolated and safe place. Behera also found egg cells of the snakes while rescuing them.

Around three days ago, hundreds of snakes were rescued from two separate places in Bhadrak district.

Notably, snake helpline members on Saturday rescued more than a hundred baby cobras from a villager’s house in Bhadrak district. The incident was reported from Paika Sahi at Shyampur village under the Dhamnagar police limits where over a 100 baby cobras had been spotted in the house of Bijay Bhuyan.

Likewise, around 15 snakes were also rescued from Kantabania village of Bhadrak district by snake helpline officials.
