Cuttack: A total of 145 candidates cleared the Odisha Civil Service Examinations, 2016, results of which were announced by the Odisha Public Service Commissioin (OPSC) on Friday.
While Chinmayee Chetana Das has emerged as the topper, Sankalp Swastik Sahu and Gyanaranjan Biswal, Debasis Mohapatra and Santak Jena have secured second, third, fourth and fifth position respectively.
