Balasore: ODRF personnel rescued all 20 passengers of a boat, which capsized in Budhabalanga river near Haldia ghat in Balasore district on Sunday.
They had the near-death experience while sailing to Nizampur village across the river, since the connecting bridge was under construction.
Overloading is suspected to have led to the mishap.
