Bhubaneswar: BJP spokesperson Biswajit Mohanty on Friday joined the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) in presence of party president Naveen Patnaik at Naveen Niwas here.
A ticket aspirant for Cuttack-Barabati assembly constituency, Mohanty had quit the BJP recently, after the saffron party fielded former minister Samir Dey from the seat.
