Malkangiri: Police on Monday seized fake currency worth Rs 34,000 and arrested three persons from MV-13 and Pandiripani areas of Malkangiri district. The fake notes were in the denomination of Rs 500 (12) and Rs 2000 (14).
The seized fake notes were used allegedly being used for illegal ganja trading, informed police.
