Puri: Puri royal scion Gajapati Dibyasingh Deb has urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to declare Cyclone Fani a national disaster.
Deb wrote to him saying it will help expedite relief, restoration and rehabilitation work and save the affected people from untold misery.
