Bhubaneswar: The Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) Deemed to be University has been ranked 15th among the top 50 Deemed to be Universities in the country in the latest Outlook-ICARE India University rankings for 2019, making it the highest ranked such university in Odisha.
SOA obtained an overall score of 76.80 in the rankings reinforcing its status as the state’s top such institution as it had received the 24th rank in the university category this year by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), Ministry of HRD.
