Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday appointed Subroto Bagchi as chairman Odisha Skill Development Authority. He will enjoy the rank and status of a cabinet minister.
The co-founder of Mindtree had returned to Bengaluru after resigning from the same post on March 18 to protect the IT company from a hostile takeover. Similarly, joint secretary, Electronics & IT, Aditya Mohapatra has been posted as joint secretary to the chief minister, in addition to his duties.
