The Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar has forecast moderate thunderstorm and lightning with light to moderate rainfall and gusty winds reaching speeds of 30-40kmph at one or two places over the districts of Nawarangpur, Nuapada, Balangir, Bargarh, Sonepur and Cuttack between 4.15pm and 7.15pm on Thursday.
