Tribute To Slain Rifleman Aurangzeb Through Sand Art

Puri: Artist Manas Sahoo paid tributes to rifleman Aurangzeb, who was recently abducted and killed by terrorists at Gusoo in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, through a sand sculpture at the Sand Art Park here.

He sculpted the slain rifleman, Tricolour and the Amar Jyoti with the message, ‘Tribute to Fearless Rifleman Aurangzeb’.

Some 20 tonnes of sand was used for carving this sculpture of 20 feet width.

Sahoo was the finalist of the popular reality show India’s got talent khoj II (in Colors TV). He  participated many International sand sculpture championships and festivals around the world and won prizes for the country.
