Kendujhar: A woman suffered critical burn injuries inside the temple of Goddess Tarini at Ghatagaon in Odisha’s Keonjhar district on Sunday.
The victim, identified as Sabitri Sahani of Chandikhol area in Jajpur district, was rushed to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack.
According to eyewitnesses, the woman was trying to light an earthen lamp in the temple when the sari she was wearing accidentally caught fire and quickly spread to other parts of her body.
