Odisha Lady Teacher Murder: College Student Reveals Govind Ran Sex Racket

Bhawanipatna: Even as police continue to grill Govind Sahu, the prime accused in lady teacher Mamita Meher murder case, shocking facts have come to light.

Students of the college have revealed that Sahu was running a sex racket in the institution. Speaking to a local television channel over phone, a student who did not want to be identified said, no one was allowed to take mobile phones to the college, except a few. Those few girls were the ones who were involved in the sex racket, said the student.

This was revealed when mobile phones were found with some girls at an event.

He further revealed that Sahu was spotted in the ladies hostel most of the time. Leaders and ministers, including Minister of State for Home Dibya Shankar Mishra, also used to visit the hostel, he alleged.

Meanwhile, Opposition BJP and Congress are staging protests across the state demanding the removal of the minister for a fair probe into the case.
